Terms of Service

The service

PIICK IT! lets you create shared shopping lists and track shared expenses with the people in your groups. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued over time.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lists, items, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it to the members of the groups you share it with, only so we can run the service.

Anyone you invite to a group can see and edit that group's lists. Only invite people you trust.

Acceptable use

Do not use PIICK IT! to break the law, to harass others, to upload harmful or illegal content, or to try to access other people's data or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Expenses

Expense totals and splits are a convenience tool. Check the amounts yourself — we are not responsible for payments or disputes between group members.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Ending your use

You can stop using PIICK IT! at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to suporte@piickit.com.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. We may update them; if we make important changes we will let you know before they take effect.
