Weekly family grocery list
Family of 4 · 7 days · 39 items
Most families buy roughly the same 40–60 things every week. Starting from a fixed base list and only editing what changed is the fastest way to stop forgetting milk and over-buying pasta.

Tips
- Plan four or five dinners, not seven — leftovers and one "fridge clean-out" night cover the rest.
- Keep the list shared so whoever finishes something adds it straight away instead of remembering on Saturday.
- Check the fridge and pantry before you leave and untick what you already have.
